Delete your account
You can delete your EZAQAR account at any time, in the app or on the website. Here is how, and what happens next.
In the app
- Open the EZAQAR app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab, then choose "Delete account".
- Read what happens, then confirm.
On the website
- Sign in at ezaqar.com.
- Open your account page, then choose "Delete account".
- Read what happens, then confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you.

- You are signed out at once and a 14 days grace period starts. Signing in again during it cancels the deletion.
- After that we delete your account and your data, or remove what identifies you, within 30 days of your request. For now our team does this by hand.
- Some records are kept for a set time, such as the ID-check result (with your legal name) for 12 months, and consent and audit records. The privacy notice lists each one.
- Our encrypted backups keep a copy for up to 35 days.
